Safety
We are aware of the safety issues, and take charge of the certification matters for the entire project:
- Creation of designs for the Certificate of Conformity
- Support for test certifications
- Designs of furniture locations, ramps, safety exits, fire extinguishers
- Supervision by an independent specialist
- The organizer receives 4 copies of the documents endorsed by the authorized technician and the fire safety authority; 2 copies must be sent to the Municipality relevant to the event venue before the opening
Covering fabrics washing service
The quality of a setup can also be seen in the cleanliness of the structure covers. Eventmore is the only company in Ticino that has its own washing service, and provides the following:
- Washing and sterilization of covers
- Repair and welding of PVC covers
- Customization of new PVC covers
Fireproof
The setups must comply with the standards announced by the Association of Cantonal Insurance Institutes of Fire-Protection (AICAA) which are valid both for new buildings and installations, and for temporary buildings (Article 2 Fireproof rule).
